MaxiFlush engine system hard-to-remove dirt cleaner. An effective tool for cleaning the carburetor, injector flap, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve, and de-coking stuck piston rings. An indispensable assistant for effectively removing varnish deposits and carbon deposits from injector nozzles, valves, combustion chamber, bottom and piston grooves on a disassembled engine. The most effective tool today for cleaning hard-to-remove dirt Easily removes coking and high-temperature varnish films Quickly (in 3 minutes!) softens and dissolves all types of deposits from engine units and systems Application: Carburetor cleaning: Remove the air filter. Start the engine. Spray the product liberally onto the visible parts of the carburetor. During cleaning, maintain high engine speed with the throttle lever. Cleaning the injector valve: With the engine warmed up and switched off, spray the product liberally onto the throttle valve (into the air intake line). Run the engine at high speed for 3–5 minutes. Cleaning the exhaust gas recirculation valve: Dismantle the valve. Spray liberally onto the contaminated valve surfaces. Wipe dry after 3 minutes. Repeat cleaning if necessary. Cleaning parts: Spray liberally onto the contaminated surfaces. Wipe dry after 3 minutes. Repeat cleaning if necessary. De-coking the rings: Warm up the engine. It should be warm, but not hot. Unscrew the spark plugs (dismantle the injectors). Disconnect the ignition timing sensor connection, Hall effect sensor or switch. Spray the product into each cylinder in turn (for up to 5 seconds) through the hose nozzle. Screw in the spark plugs (insert the injectors). Wait 10–20 minutes. Unscrew the spark plugs (remove the injectors). Cover the holes with an absorbent cloth so that dirt flying out of the cylinders does not get on the paint. Crank the engine with the starter for a few seconds. Install the spark plugs (injectors) in place. Start the engine and allow it to run at a higher crankshaft speed for up to 15 minutes. During this time, the remaining softened dirt will be removed through the exhaust system. Notes Easily removes coked deposits in carburetors, on parts of the gas distribution system and the engine cylinder-piston group In 2–3 minutes, softens and then washes away with a jet from an aerosol can old deposits and varnish deposits on valve seats and plates, exhaust gas discharge channels and on exhaust gas recirculation system (EGR) valves Within 20–30 minutes, restores the mobility of piston rings without disassembling the engine when the preparation is introduced into the engine's superpiston space through the spark plug holes Packaging Aerosol can 500 ml, article number XA 40108
